RATES & AVAILABILITY
💰 Studio Rental:
$50/hour — 2-hour minimum
⏰ Open daily • 5 AM – Midnight
Payment collected through Calendly when booking.

DIRECTIONS & PARKING
🚪 Entrance:
Use the door between the house and the garage.
Walk back about 25 ft — the studio door is on the right, attached to the back of the garage.🅿️ Parking:
Park in the driveway to the right of the garage near the alley or on the street.

By booking Living Waters Studios, you agree to respect all posted rules, scheduled times, and equipment provided. Renters are responsible for the conduct of their guests and for leaving the space in its original condition. Living Waters Studios reserves the right to refuse service or end a session for misuse, unsafe behavior, or violation of studio policies.Liability Waiver
All clients and guests use Living Waters Studios and its equipment at their own risk. Living Waters Studios and Distressed Nest LLC are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property that occurs on the premises. Renters assume full responsibility for any damage caused to studio property or equipment during their session.Equipment Use Policy
Studio equipment—including microphones, mixer, amplifier, headphones, lighting, camera, and furniture—must be handled with care. No equipment may be removed from the premises. Any repair or replacement costs resulting from misuse or negligence will be charged to the renter.Media & Recording Rights
All content recorded by clients remains their intellectual property. Living Waters Studios may request permission to share behind-the-scenes or promotional material for marketing purposes. Illegal, explicit, or defamatory content is strictly prohibited.Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. Missed appointments or late arrivals may result in forfeited session time. Refunds are not issued for unused time once a session begins.Privacy Policy
